BYRNA LESS-LETHAL PISTOL Kit
Byrna pistols offer a less-lethal self-defense option for those looking for something a little different. It is proven, effective, and very easy to use. It ships directly to you, no background check required, available to 18+ older customers.
The Byrna SD Pistol in Orange: Lightweight, Compact Size, 1.13 lbs, Effective Range to 60 feet.
CO2 Cartridge: Powered by a CO2 cartridge, the pull of the trigger, punctures the CO2 cylinder and fires the first shot. Each CO2 cylinder will fire 22-24 shots.
Ammo: The pistol comes with a 5-rd magazine that holds a variety of projectiles. The projectiles are either kinetic/plastic or pepper rounds. The plastic projectiles are hard and solid and capable of breaking auto glass from 30 feet away. They do not break upon impact and do not contain any active or inert ingredients. The pepper rounds contain capsicum & PAVA (causes closure and pain on the eyes) which should help to stop a threat upon impact.
The Kit comes with the pistol, two 5-rd magazines, two CO2 cartridges, 5 rounds of Training Projectiles (with inert powder), 5 rounds of Kinetic Projectiles, 5 rounds of Eco-Kinetic Projectiles (dissolves in water), and a hard-sided carrying case.
Add Ons:
Shedhorn Sports also carries Kinetic Less Lethal 12 gauge Slugs in 10ct boxes. These are quiet because no gun powder is in the shell and allow a less lethal option for your shotgun. Delivers a solid hit up to 100 feet without penetrating the skin. Note: these will not cycle in a semi-auto shotgun but they are GREAT for pump shotguns.
